Subscription fees
Monthly CreatorPlex subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days of the annual cycle if you have not launched any active campaigns.
Campaign funds (paid campaigns)
- Money deposited into campaign escrow can be withdrawn back to the brand at any time before it is released to a creator.
- Once a creator delivers approved content, the fee is released after the escrow hold window (default 7 days, editable in Admin → Settings). Released funds are non-refundable.
- If a creator fails to deliver against a signed contract, brands can dispute and receive a full refund of the held funds. Disputes are resolved within 14 business days.
Barter campaigns
For barter (product-only) campaigns, no cash escrow is held. Brands are responsible for shipping the promised product. If a creator fails to deliver, brands can flag the creator to reduce their performance score — but product costs are not reimbursed by CreatorPlex.
Platform fees
Platform + processing fees on completed campaigns are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email billing@creatorplex.in with your workspace name, invoice ID, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.
